Feel more energised and relaxed! An ideal opportunity to improve your flexibility, strength and tone. This course is ideal for beginners and those with yoga experience. Each session includes breathing exercises, warm up movements, sun salutations, postures and a guided relaxation. A range of postures will be taught through the course to encourage strength and flexibility in different parts of the body, such as standing postures, balances, forward bends, back bends, twists, seated postures and inverted postures. The postures will be modified or extended depending on each person's flexibility and strength. By the end of the class, you will feel more energised, focused and relaxed. The class also aims to develop a sense of balance, inner focus and relaxation. These classes are taught by Sylvie Tomlin. Email Sylvie on sylvietomlin@btinternet.com for more information.
