Antenatal Yoga and Birth Preparation:

Anna is Birthlight trained and has been teaching antenatal yoga for 6 years, through 3 pregnancies.

Antenatal Yoga can transform how you feel during pregnancy, bringing a feeling of well being by helping you to feel healthy, energized and flexible. Each class includes breathing exercises, flowing yoga postures, pelvic floor exercises and guided relaxation. We look at ways to prepare for labour - to make it as positive an experience as possible.  A great way to meet other pregnant women too.

These are ongoing courses, which can be joined at any time, as long as space is available. Please contact me to register and to discuss any individual needs. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. It is strongly recommended that you and your partner attend a
Birth Preparation Workshop together to discover how you can make your labour experience as positive and empowering as possible. You are very welcome to come on your own too.
