Through story and songs, children enjoy all that yoga has to offer. These classes involve lots of fun, action, songs, rhymes, aerobics and yoga to promote a positive atmosphere where mums, babies and toddlers can exercise together. Classes include yoga and aerobic exercise for mums and little ones. Exercise for mums is taught through instruction and sometimes with rhymes, music and songs so that your child enjoys joining in and copying your movements. There is plenty of opportunity to exercise together, in partner yoga and partner dancing! Children love to jump, run, dance and climb and these classes build on their natural love of movement, helping them to release energy by giving them new, interesting ways to move. Yoga helps to strengthen toddler's bodies, developing their sense of co-ordination, balance and spacial awareness. These sessions promote exericse as fun and rewarding and enhance physical confidence. |
